Linux Kernel Engineers
We need very good Linux kernel hackers to join our kernel team. You’ll be designing and implementing some of the core algorithms right at the heart of the product. Correctness and performance are crucial.
Requirements:
- Strong Unix kernel skills, preferably recent Linux kernels
- Ideally, file system or block layer development experience
- An excellent understanding of data structure design and concurrency
- An excellent degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
Graduate Test and Product Engineers
We're looking for developers to join our QA and product team. You'll be developing tools and infrastructure to make sure that the product we ship is rock-solid. You'll also get involved in design and development of core components of the product. We are looking for an ability to write good, clean code, the potential to pick up new languages and tools quickly, as well as an eye for detail.
Requirements:
- An excellent degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline
- A good understanding of data structure design and concurrency
- Familiarity using and administering Linux environments, including shell scripting
- Some experience with automated testing and QA processes desirable
- Ocaml, Python and Java desirable
VP Marketing and Product
We are looking for someone who knows the storage and cloud computing markets inside-out to take responsibility of the product roadmap and marketing strategy. You'll work with the founders to set the direction of the product and its market entry. You'll take the lead in finding influential beta customers for the product, and building our initial sales teams and marketing collateral.

- A strong technical background
- Extensive knowledge of the US and UK storage and cloud computing markets
- Proven experience in the product management cycle
- Experience implementing sales processes
